Nicholas Van Horn wins OSU presidential fellowship

Lab member Nicholas Van Horn was one of only 17 students at the Ohio State University to win the prestigious Presidential Fellowship award for scholarly excellence for the 2013-2014 year. This achievement represents the second time in consecutive years that one of our lab members has won this competitive award. Award winners are chosen from nominated applicants across all graduate departments at the Ohio State University, adding to the significance of this award. Congratulations, Nick!!

The Presidential Fellowship recognizes the outstanding scholarly accomplishments and potential of graduate students entering the final phase of their dissertation research or terminal degree project. The fellowship provides financial support so that each fellow may devote one year of full-time study to the completion of their dissertation or degree project.
