Welcome to the Laboratory for Cognitive Modeling and Computational Cognitive Neuroscience! Thank you for stopping by. Our research centers on an interdisciplinary strategy of behavioral and psychophysical experimentation coupled with mathematical and computational modeling. We focus primarily on visual cognition and theoretical neuroscience, but our work extends to high-level cognitive phenomena such as analogy making and problem solving. See the Research page for more detail on some recent projects, the Publications page for a complete bibliography and PDF reprints, and the People page for individual CVs and personal details.
Our lab is looking to accept up to 2 new graduate students for the incoming class of 2016. The Prospective Students page is designed to help you in your application. We look forward to hearing from you!
